The apartments at Limehome Essen Kibbelstrasse have fully equipped kitchens with a dining area, so I could cook my own meals and save money on eating out. I loved that each apartment had a private bathroom with a shower and bath, it felt like my own little sanctuary. The flat-screen TV in the apartment was great for relaxing and watching my favorite shows. The parquet floors in the units added a touch of elegance and made the space feel cozy. The suite I stayed in had a kitchenette with an electric kettle and kitchenware, which was super handy for making tea and snacks.
Personally, I didn't find the toaster provided in the suite very effective. But hey, some people might still find it useful!

Great location near the city center and a shopping mall. The apartment was spacious and had nice facilities such as a big TV and a well-equipped kitchen.
There was no elevator in the building, which made it difficult for families with small children or those carrying strollers. Finding overnight parking was also a challenge and ended up being costly.

For the price we paid, we got incredible value and a fantastic room. The location couldn't have been better, with a shopping mall and public transport just a few minutes away. The staff made us feel so welcome, even surprising us with thoughtful gifts. Truly the best stay we've had!
The food for breakfast could have been better, but that's a minor quibble compared to all the other great things about this hotel.

Our stay at Limehome in Essen was fantastic! The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary appliances. The location in the city center was perfect, just a short walk from the train station. We especially loved the electronic locks, which made entering the building and our room hassle-free. The welcome pack was a nice touch too.
We experienced some traffic noise at night, coming from the nearby busy streets. Sleeping with the window open was difficult.
